How Can You Help?
The Barkin' Bash has been a very important fundraising event for a well-used community asset. This year we are looking into ways to not only improve the dog park, but also the dog beach.
As stated elsewhere on this site, the goals of this event are as follows:
- Raise money for the park's maintenance and improvement needs
- Provide an informative atmosphere for dog lovers and vendors
- Provide entertainment & fun!
All this all takes a lot of effort and your help would be greatly appreciated!
We are in need of help in the following areas:
- Promotion (poster/flyer distribution and just talking about the event!)
- Sponsorship acquisition (Do you know a company or individual who may be interested in participating or making a donation to this great community event?)
- Planning (your ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated!)
- Sales (selling raffle tickets and getting people to sign up)
