Interested in participating at the event?

The Seventh Annual Howl-O-Ween Barkin’ Bash scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2008. This celebration is a dog-oriented event that allows dog lovers an opportunity to display their best human and canine costumes (COSTUMES ARE OPTIONAL!!)while also learning more about what the region has to offer for dogs. Activities will include music, costume contests, and numerous other dog-based activities.

Exhibitor guidelines are as follows:

  • Space rental is $25

  • Space rental for certified non-profit groups is FREE ( However, a donation would be appreciated)

  • Table rental is $12 (includes table & 2 chairs)

  • Exhibits must be dog friendly and family oriented.

  • Exhibit space is approximately 12’ x 10’. One table and two chairs will be provided.

  • The event will be held at the Concert Site; therefore all exhibits will be outdoors, so plan for the weather (umbrellas for sun or rain, pamphlet holders for wind, sunscreen, etc.) Tents will be permitted, but must remain within the designated exhibit space. Refunds will not be issued.

  • Limited electrical hookup is available upon request.

  • Quiet Waters Park will assign all exhibit space and move exhibitors as needed.

  • Exhibit hours are 11AM - 3 PM. Setup and cleanup of the site is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Setup will begin at 9:30; cleanup must be completed by 5 PM. Quiet Waters Park is not responsible for any loss or damage to exhibit property.

  • No vehicles will be allowed to drive onto the field, therefore some carrying will be required for setup and cleanup, please plan appropriately.

  • Merchandise may be sold. However, food and beverages may not be sold. Refreshments will be available. For environmental reasons, all balloons are prohibited.

  • Vendors will be recognized in our program, at the event, and on this website.
